Essex Renovations is a custom renovator specializing in superior home renovations and heritage restoration. We're London-based and family owned. We've spent the past three decades creating and restoring exceptional residential properties.
A family business with a
track-record of distinction.
1993 - Ian graduated from Centennial College as an Architectural Technologist.
1989 - Ian founded Essex Fritz Custom Painting and Construction Limited, which he owned until 2002.
2002 - Ian began working for two London based carpentry companies.
2013 - Ian Fritz founded Essex Renovations Limited.
